We provide you with a unique, personalized door code prior to your arrival. This allows your entire group to come and go as they please, offering ultimate flexibility and peace of mind. Simply enter your code, drop your bags, and head straight to the beach!

Other things to note
Enter through private front patio and into the open concept layout with kitchen, powder room, living room and French doors leading out to rear patio with dining space and Adirondak chairs.

Upstairs you will find the beautifully appointed main bedroom. This peaceful sanctuary features a plush king-sized bed , TV and ensuite bathroom with spacious shower. Best of all no neighbors above you!

Down the hall from the second bedroom that features a queen bed and TV there is another full bath with large tub and washer/dryer.

Folly Field beach is only a few blocks and we have beach chairs and a cart for your supplies. Please bring your own beach towels.

House Rules: Please read and ensure you are in agreement prior to booking.

Check-out
-Please wash all the dishes you used and/or start dishwasher
-Please put your trash out in receptacles located in parking lot near entrance
-Close, lock all doors and windows

Neighborhood & Noise
-Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM
-No parties or events allowed-will result in being asked to leave immediately without refund
-Per HOA no laundry is to be hung over deck, out windows or anywhere that can be seen outside the villa

Pets: with fee
- We welcome up to 2 well behaved dogs with no history of aggression. Dogs need to remain on leash in community. You must pick up after your dog. There are waste stations around the neighborhood. Stones Throw neighborhood is one of the few communities that allow guest’s dogs please protect this privilege

Property & Care
-Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside or outside the property-will result in being asked to leave immediately without refund and may incur remediation fees.
-Please use the designated outdoor rinse station to remove sand before entering.
-Keep all doors and windows closed when the air conditioning is running.

Parking
-Dedicated spot in front of villa. Pass is able to be mailed with 2+weeks notice or can be picked up at office at Corpus Christi Place

Heating and AC: Smart Thermostat
-Feel free to adjust the temperature between 68°F and 74°F Temperatures higher or lower can damage the unit.
