We are blocks away from the center of town so you’re convenient to all of the eats in Oneonta. An eight minute drive is Palisades Park well known for hiking and rockclimbing. And 15 minutes away is horse pens £.40 known for bouldering.

This is a small rural town he will definitely want to car. Uber is just now getting rolled out in our small town and I would not count on it yet.

There is no washer or dryer in the apartment, however there is an onsite launry mat in back of apartments which is shared by all residents of the complex and may be used if needed.
