Located in a private residential complex directly at the Vera beach frontline and with amazing sea views.
Very close to 3 different golf courses and only 15 min to Mojacar.
4 bedrooms(¹), 2 living rooms(¹) and 3.5 bathrooms in 3 different levels.
Central A/C (cool/heat). Smart TV and WiFi
Important notes:
(¹) The basement, where the second living room, the 4th bedroom and 3rd bathroom are located is only available on demand and could eventually cost extra. Please ask us.
(²) The communal swimming pool includes also a small pool for children and opens only during Easter and during the summer season (generally from 1st June to 30th September, please ask us)
Opening hours in June is 11-20h and from July-September 10-21h.

You can park the car in front of the house or in the garage, for free .
Even though the car is very helpful it's not essencial on the daily basis. Just outside the complex you will find several "chiringuitos" (summer restaurants) along the beach perfect for a good seafood paella. A big supermarket with farmacy is located at a walking distance of 5-10 minutes as well as many bars, ice cream shops and restaurants. You will also find an aquapark nearby.
Just 10 min by car you will reach the village of Garrucha famous for its seafront promenade and summer ambience.
Just 15 min by car you will reach the village of Vera where you will be able to walk its streets and go to the weekly market on sundays morning.
Also 15 min by car you will reach the village of Mojacar in the mountains. Famous for its narrow steep streets, its charming restaurants and breathtaking views to the sea. Take time to visit Mojacar beach on the evening where you will find cocktail bars, and clubs.
A golf course "Valle del Este" is just 15 min far by car. 2 more golf courses can be reached nearby "Marina golf" and "Desert Springs".
