El Rancho Vista Estates was the first Wexler & Harrison architectural residential development and is located in North East Palm Springs. Parking is available in the carport with Level 2 EV charger. Located in a quiet walkable and bikeable cul-de-sac.

Pool Heat is an extra $100/day, 2 day minimum
Hot Tub is kept at 101 degrees 24/7
