45 m² attic apartment with parking – 10 minutes from Tübingen

The DachNest is a 45 m² attic apartment in a new building – quiet, fully equipped, and made for anyone working in the Tübingen and Reutlingen area for a few nights or a few weeks, as well as for couples who prefer a small and quiet space.

Work and Arrive

The dining table with four seats is by the window and serves as the workspace. Wi-Fi throughout the house. Private free parking space directly at the house with a charging point for electric cars. Private entrance and self-check-in via code from 4:00 PM – late arrivals after a long day are no problem.

Living

Open living area under sloping ceilings with a sofa (convertible to a sofa bed for 2 people), armchair, smart TV, and a view of greenery.

Kitchen

Oven, stove, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, Nespresso machine with starter capsules, kettle, toaster, water filter, pots, pans, dishes, and wine glasses. You can really cook here, not just heat water.

Sleeping

Bedroom with a double bed 1.80 m, blackout curtains, clothes rack, and reading corner. In the living room, there is a sofa bed for 2 people. Bed linen, towels, as well as extra pillows and blankets are provided. A travel cot for babies is available upon request.

Bathroom and Laundry

Modern bathroom with a large shower and toilet. One large and one small towel are provided per person; shampoo, shower gel, and hairdryer are available. The apartment has a washer-dryer, iron, and drying rack – making it suitable for stays of several weeks.

Cooling and Heating – a brief explanation

Heating and cooling are done via a heat pump and underfloor heating. In summer, cold water runs through the floor, removing heat from the rooms – silently, without drafts, and without dry air. It is not an air conditioning system in the usual sense: the cooling works slowly and evenly over hours, not at the push of a button. Especially under the roof, this is the crucial difference. All windows also have additional shading.

What you should know beforehand

The apartment is located in the attic and is only accessible via stairs; there is no elevator. The access to the house is short but steep and narrow – manageable by car if you know how.

The Location

Kirchentellinsfurt is located on the Neckar between Tübingen and Reutlingen, on the edge of the Schönbuch. On foot: train station 6 minutes (RE10 to Tübingen and Stuttgart, RB63), bakery and shopping options in the village. The Kirchentellinsfurt gravel lake and the banks of the Neckar can be quickly reached on foot or by bike. By car: Tübingen 10, Reutlingen 15, Outlet City Metzingen 20, Stuttgart Airport and Trade Fair 20, Stuttgart city center 30 minutes. There is a continuous bike path along the Neckar to Tübingen.
