82 m² design apartment with balcony – 10 minutes from Tübingen

The AlbLoft is a new apartment on the first floor, 82 m², for up to 6 guests. Everything is new, bright, and designed for comfortable living for more than just two nights.

Living and Dining

Open living and dining area with floor-to-ceiling windows and direct access to the balcony with a view of greenery. Sofa (convertible to a sofa bed for 2 people), armchair, Smart TV, dining table for 6 people, garden furniture on the balcony.

Kitchen

Equipped for real cooking: oven, induction cooktop with 4 burners, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, Nespresso machine with starter capsules, kettle, toaster, water filter, pots, pans, dishes, and wine glasses for 6, plus oil, salt, pepper, and dish soap.

Sleeping

Bedroom 1: double bed 1.80 m. Bedroom 2: bed 1.40 m. Living room: sofa bed for 2 people. Bed linen, towels, hangers, and blackout curtains in all rooms. A travel cot for babies is available upon request.

Bathroom and Laundry

One bathroom with a large, walk-in shower, toilet, and towel radiator. One large and one small towel are provided per person; shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and hairdryer are included. The apartment has a washer-dryer, iron, and drying rack – the reason why stays of several weeks are also feasible here.

Working

Dedicated desk with chair in the second bedroom, plus Wi-Fi and an Ethernet connection. The dining table serves as a second workspace when two people work simultaneously.

Cooling and Heating – a brief explanation

Heating and cooling are provided by a heat pump and underfloor heating. In summer, cold water runs through the floor, removing heat from the rooms. This is silent, with no drafts and no dry air. However, it is not an air conditioning system in the usual sense: cooling occurs slowly and evenly over hours rather than at the push of a button. On hot days, the apartment remains significantly cooler than outside. All windows also have shading.

Arrival and Parking

Private free parking space directly at the house, with a charging point for electric cars. Private entrance, self-check-in via code from 4:00 PM – no one has to wait for a key handover. The apartment is located on the first floor, and there is no elevator.

The Location

Kirchentellinsfurt is located on the Neckar between Tübingen and Reutlingen, on the edge of the Schönbuch. On foot: train station 6 minutes (RE10 to Tübingen and Stuttgart, RB63), bakery and shopping options in the village. The Kirchentellinsfurt gravel lake and the banks of the Neckar can be quickly reached on foot or by bike. By car: Tübingen 10, Reutlingen 15, Outlet City Metzingen 20, Stuttgart Airport and Messe 20, Stuttgart city center 30 minutes. There is a continuous bike path along the Neckar to Tübingen.
