This is an 8 Story Building and this listing is on the 6th Floor. 2 Elevators are here for your convenience. his spot is perfect for you and your partner to escape and truly take in everything you can possibly think of. Spend all day on the pool deck or the ocean with the beach chairs and cooler we provide, or on a rainy day spend all day cuddling or playing cards or board games that we provide for those rainy cuddle days. You will appreciate and love this spot, we do!!
The kitchen is set up for those “breakfast in bed” mornings or simple lunches before heading back to the sand. You can cook a full dinner—but this place practically whispers, “Let’s grab something romantic, come home to wine, cuddles, and good conversation.”
Located just ¾ of a mile from the iconic Daytona Beach Boardwalk, you’re close enough to enjoy the fun but far enough to savor your own peaceful slice of oceanfront magic.

By booking this reservation, using the provided access code, and/or checking into the property, Guests acknowledge and agree to all terms, conditions, policies, fees, and House Rules outlined in this Agreement regardless of a signature.
Violations may result in additional charges, damages, removal from the property, or termination of the reservation without refund.
This agreement is sent in the first message upon booking.
We think the location is absolutely perfect. We are exactly 3/4 of a mile from the Board Walk. Along your walk to the boardwalk you have Landshark Grille, Crabby's, The Fountain Tiki Hut, and Ocean Deck!!! That's all before you even make it to the boardwalk. Once there you have SO many selections as well. We will provide you with a digital guide book once you book. This will help you start planning all the things you want to do.
All of the above is heading north up the beach.
When heading south, not much that way other than a long walk. But, driving to the south you will find all of your grocery stores and little breakfast shops. Also listed in our guide book
transit is pretty easy here. Daytona Beach has both Uber and Lyft. We do suggest trying to have your own vehicle or rent a vehicle. A few amazing little towns near by worth the day trip to explore if you are able to. We will gladly help you plan a fun trip exploring up and down the Space Coast Beach towns.
Once here you will have a parking pass hanging in the condo for your vehicle. You MUST get this as soon as possible and please hang it from your rear view mirror. You will only be provided with (1) parking pass. The property only allows one vehicle per condo here. Parking is tight and heavily monitored as people try to park here to access the beach and many cars are towed because of it. But that's good for you as a guest with your parking pass. Means you should always have a spot.
Also for access here, you will be provided (2) keys. These keys will be needed to access the community kitchen that has vending machines and the ice machine. These keys are also needed to enter the community bathrooms in the lobby for the pool. Andrea and I will provide you with digital door codes to enter the pool and the private beach access. We truly can't wait for you to get here !!!
