Cub Hideaway 3BR/3BA - Gatlinburg

This 3BR/3BA cabin in Gatlinburg’s popular Black Bear Falls provides the peace and quiet of the mountains while only being three miles from downtown Gatlinburg or the Arts and Crafts community.

Privately owned cabin that rents only to those over 25 years old as per our rental agreement. We require a signed rental agreement and copy of driver's license within 24 hours of booking. Our cabin sleeps up to a maximum of 8 guests.

Cub Hideaway provides all the comforts of home. Only two steps get you from parking to the deck. Two levels of deck with hot tub, swing, picnic tables, and rockers for relaxing. Inside you will find a large open floor plan featuring new appliances, flooring, and furniture. Main living area has a Stacked stone gas fireplace and a 55-inch Smart TV so you can access your favorite streaming service. Five HD TV’s with 100+ HD channels, including Showtime and HBO. Strong Wi-Fi for all your online needs. Basement game room provides pool table, Xbox, games, movies, dartboard, refrigerator, and popcorn popper for indoor fun. A washer and dryer for your laundry needs. Three bedrooms on three floors each have their own full bath for complete privacy. The cabin sleeps eight on new hybrid mattresses on 3 king beds and a queen sofa bed with a memory foam mattress in the game room. Bedrooms all have black out draperies for sleeping in or indulging in an afternoon nap!

Completely stocked kitchen, charcoal park grill (charcoal not provided) and an electric grill on the deck all make in-cabin dining easy. Kitchen includes new stainless appliances, toaster, crock pot, Dash pancake grill, waffle iron, blender, hand mixer, regular and Keurig coffee makers, and all the cookware you’ll need.

For your convenience, we also provide hair dryers, wall-mounted shaving/make-up mirrors, and irons/ironing boards.

Parking is available for 3 vehicles. The roads in Black Bear Falls are all paved and curbed – no scary mountain roads. You can view a video showing an overview of the resort on blackbearfalls.com. Our short driveway is somewhat steep and BBF is on a mountain; therefore, all-wheel or 4-wheel drive is strongly recommended during winter.

We provide initial supplies of toilet paper, paper towels, dishwashing liquid and laundry products. A grocery store is only 2 miles away for all your needs. Top quality linens, bath towels and kitchen towels are provided.

Guests will be asked to leave immediately with no refund if pets are present, smoking is detected, or if there are loud parties.
• No smoking or vaping allowed in the cabin due to strong allergies of the owner.
• No pets allowed, inside or outside of the cabin, no exceptions due to allergies.
• No parties or loud gatherings are allowed in Black Bear Falls.

Summer guests can take advantage of Black Bear Falls’ adult and kids pools, open Memorial Day through Labor Day.

The owners of this cabin have your safety forefront in our minds. This cabin has a radon mediation system. We use private professional maintenance and cleaners. We maintain a minimum of 24 hours between guests. We use no contact check in/check out. To help with security, the cabin has exterior cameras focused on parking area and doors. Black Bear Falls has 24 hr monitored cameras.

RENTAL AGREEMENT
Guests are responsible for reading all descriptions, rules, and Rental Agreement Terms and Conditions. You acknowledge and accept all information, terms and conditions when you book Cub Hideaway. Signed Rental Agreement and copy of Driver's License required to complete booking.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Per rental agreement, there are no refunds due to weather. If you need to cancel your reservation, you will receive 100% refund if cancelled at least 14 days before check-in date. Cancelling between 7 and 14 days of check-in will receive 50% refund. No refunds if cancelling less than 7 days of check-in date. WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND PURCHASING TRAVEL INSURANCE FOR ALL UNEXPECTED LIFE EVENTS!

NOTE: REFUNDABLE security deposit. This will be refunded within 14 days of check out if there is no damage.
