This sprawling 5-bedroom home comfortably hosts up to 16 guests and offers the perfect balance of togetherness and tranquility.

• 2 kayaks (tidal creek + waiver required)

• Beach gear: towels, chairs, umbrella, cart, coolers & toys
• Pack n Play, high chair, kids dinnerware
• Coffee, cooking essentials, linens, household supplies & more

Just bring your clothes, food & drinks — we’ve got the rest covered.

🐾 PET POLICY

Small, well-behaved dogs (under 30 lbs) are welcome with a $100 pet fee.
Larger hypoallergenic/non-shedding dogs may be considered—please inquire.

The yard is shared with us, so dogs must be friendly and cleaned up after.

⚠️ IMPORTANT NOTES

• Max capacity: 16 guests
– No more than 12 guests over age 15 (city ordinance)

• Hot tub & screened in waterfront porch located in a private nook behind the owner’s home next door
– Occasionally used by owner
– You can close the gate while in use for privacy

• Parking for up to 5 vehicles (possibly 6 if they are smaller / midsize)

• BYO Boat: $75/day (must confirm space in advance)

Guest access
Guests have access to the entire property except my house, my garage & 2 locked cleaning supply closets.

Other things to note
I grew up on Tybee & it has been my dream to be able to move back home & share my beautiful island with visitors. Creekside Paradise is my manifestation of this dream. As such this is a shared property - I live in the house in the back. You will definitely be seeing myself, my partner, our dogs & sometimes my personal guests. I like to give guests space but we do keep our boat at the dock so you might see us there or around the grounds doing maintenance. We are a fun loving, easy going couple so feel free to say hi! And please stop by my partner’s brewery down the street, Back River Brewery, and have a beer with us! Also, we like to travel so we may not always be available or on site, but we will have everything prepared for your trip.

Kindly note that I do not give refunds outside of my posted policy. As such, I highly recommend trip insurance as I cannot be on the line for personal, weather emergencies etc

The house is older & is NOT PERFECT. It is clean, comfortable & well appointed with a very responsive host. But if you are a perfectionist who expects a pristine, sterile rental please book somewhere else.

SAME DAY BOOKINGS WILL POTENTIALLY HAVE A LATER CHECK IN TIME
