Nestled along the banks of Purgatory Creek, this 4 bedroom 3 bathroom home boasts a stunning open concept living room and kitchen and high vaulted ceilings elevate the elegant space.
You'll love cooking in this kitchen which features a dual oven, a high tech microwave, stainless steel appliances, and a large farmhouse sink that overlooks the creek. The kitchen island has four comfortable bar stools and ample space for cooking or serving dishes. Take a few steps down to the sunken living room and cozy up by the fireplace with a good book. And don’t forget to check out the vast DVD collection! Exit the sliding glass doors and find yourself just steps from Purgatory Creek. Grill up some steak on the deck or toast marshmallows over the firepit, all while enjoying the beautiful sounds of nature.
Just off the sunken living room is the main bathroom and a bedroom with a chic trundle bed, floor to ceiling mirrors, and a designated study space. Upstairs you will find three beautifully decorated bedrooms - 2 Queens and one King- as well as two bathrooms, fully stocked with Minnestay’s signature shampoo, conditioner and bodywash. Moreover, the King Master Ensuite boasts a stellar view of Purgatory Creek and a walk in closet.

• All check-ins are contactless! To provide this service, we require a photo of yourself holding your ID to verify your identity, to be emailed or texted to our reservations department prior to check-in. No exceptions. (Please be aware that we do not have staff available to meet guests in person on site for this purpose.)
• Bookings made within 7 days of arrival will require additional credit card documentation.
• A Minnestay Rental Agreement must be signed prior to arrival. This will require that you provide us with your email address. Please inquire about the terms and conditions prior to booking. More info can be found on the Minnestay website, under Guest Services - Rental Policies.
• No smoking inside of the home. This includes e-cigarette and vape.
• This property may have a noise monitoring device on the interior of the home. Additional noise monitoring devices may be located in gathering spaces on the exterior of the home, as well.
• No events! This home is designed for families and responsible adults. Restrictions include, but are not limited to: Weddings and wedding celebrations, bachelorette/bachelor gatherings, and reunions.
• No pets allowed!
• Please note that you are staying in a private home and not a hotel. We expect that you will treat it with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to resolve them as quickly as we are able.
• Consumable amenities provided by Minnestay are not refilled during stay.
• Quiet Hours: 10PM-7AM. We love our neighbors! Please be respectful of the permanent residents on either side of this property.
• Direct bookings or other online booking sources may be subject to a 3% cancellation fee.

Deviation from these rules can result in an eviction from the premises with no refund, as stated in the signed rental agreement.
