Bayside Escape is a stunning lakeside home on Saint Alban’s Bay. Located just a ten-minute walk from historic downtown Excelsior, this is a place you won’t want to miss! Bayside Escape boasts 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a spacious yard, a gazebo for outdoor dining, and more!

A stunning dining room is handsomely decorated and has sliding glass doors that lead to the porch. Enjoy delicious meals at a large table that seats eight comfortably. The living room has large windows which let in brilliant light and a gorgeous view. Relax on the couch and catch a movie on the large screen TV, or cozy up in the corner by the window. A full kitchen has a gas burning stove, a kitchen island with bar seating for five and plenty of counter space for meal prep. You’ll absolutely love cooking here!

Just off the dining room, the library awaits you. Choose from a myriad of genres and enjoy a good read and a cup of coffee - locally roasted and provided with our compliments. Just across the way is the office - good luck getting work done with that view! Down the hall are two bedrooms, a Queen and a King, the latter which has direct access to the porch and the backyard. The main floor bathroom has twin sinks, a spacious shower, and a soaking clawfoot tub.

The upper level hosts a full bath and three more bedrooms, 2 Queen and one Full, each with their own view. The lower level entertainment room has a projector for epic movie nights.

Outdoors you’ll find Adirondack chairs facing the water, a table for porch dining, a fire pit for roasting marshmallows, and a beautiful gazebo. Take the steps down to the shoreline and dip your toes in Saint Alban’s Bay. This property does not have dock access.

• Minnestay uses a third-party to screen the identity and check criminal databases for all guests in order to confirm a reservation. Guests will be required to complete the screening by responding to an email sent by the third-party. Complete terms regarding guest screening can be found on the Safely website, under Terms.
• No smoking inside of the home.
• This property may have a noise monitoring device on the interior of the home. Additional noise monitoring devices may be located in gathering spaces on the exterior of the home, as well.
• No events - This home is designed for families and responsible adults. Restrictions include, but are not limited to: Weddings and wedding celebrations, bachelorette/bachelor gatherings, and reunions.
• No pets allowed!
• Please respect the home and clean up after yourself!
• Quiet Hours: 10PM-7AM. We love our neighbors!! Please be respectful of the permanent residents on either side of this property.
• Direct bookings or other online booking sources may be subject to a 3% cancellation fee.

Deviation from these rules can result in an eviction from the premises with no refund, as stated in the signed rental agreement.
