Additionally, an array of dining options awaits, including the renowned Etaru situated right by the beach, adjacent to the building's beach service area.

This condo is situated within the prestigious Hallandale neighborhood, a mere stone's throw away from the beach and a short drive from both the Aventura Mall and the dining establishments of Sunny Isles Beach.

The unit can comfortably accommodate up to 3 guests. It is equipped with all essentials for a short-term stay. For any additional items, nearby supermarkets and shops are available to meet your personal preferences and needs. No parties or additional overnight guests are allowed.
