The space
Grosvenor House sits in the heart of Pratumnak Hill, known as the Beverly Hills of Pattaya. Perched above the city on a peaceful residential hillside with panoramic views of Pattaya Bay, Koh Larn Island and the Gulf of Thailand, you get the best of both worlds. The buzz of Walking Street and Bali Hai Pier are just minutes away, while Dongtan Beach and Jomtien Beach are a short stroll down the hill.

Our boutique 7-room property includes studios, one-bedroom apartments and a stunning penthouse on the top floor with its own private lift access. Every room features high-speed Wi-Fi, a fully equipped kitchenette, and either garden, courtyard or sea views. Rear-facing rooms look out over a tranquil forest garden with a temple-topped hill beyond. The building is fully double-glazed for quiet and comfort.

Guests have access to an Olympic-size communal pool and complimentary cleaning every 3 days with fresh bedding and towels.

At the entrance you will find The Lunch Box, our family-run cafe serving healthy breakfasts and lunches, freshly made cold-pressed juices, smoothies, great coffee, teas, sandwiches, paninis and salads. A relaxed and welcoming spot to start your day, with friendly staff and a chilled atmosphere.

Guest access
Guests have full access to the Olympic-sized pool, perfect for a refreshing swim or a relaxed afternoon by the water.

The peaceful garden area with the temple-topped hill provides a quiet escape, ideal for unwinding with a book or enjoying the natural surroundings.

Additionally, our cozy on-site café is just one floor down, offering fresh British tea, Italian coffee, juices, and a selection of light snacks throughout the day.

Other things to note
This is a serviced apartment. Toiletries and household supplies are not provided. Guests can purchase these from the 7-Eleven and convenience stores within walking distance, or from Tesco Lotus directly across the road.

Songthaews, Grab, and motorbike taxis are all easily accessible from the property. Dongtan Beach is a short walk down the hill. Walking Street and Bali Hai Pier are approximately 10 minutes away by car. The Big Buddha temple and viewpoint are just 150 metres from the property.

Motorbike rentals are available in the local area. There is no car parking on site. Cars must be parked on the local soi or next to Tesco Lotus. Motorbikes can be parked at the entrance.
