Located at 5' walk from the famous Fokionos Negri street in Kipseli, part of the Athens' downtown. Totally renovated in 2022, with a free Wi-Fi fiber connection, the flat is modern, comfy and relaxing, making you feel at home.
It is at 2'-5' walk from public transportations (bus & electrical bus) and 13' walking from the metro.

The space
Welcome to Lena's private nest.

It is located in a very central and easily reachable area of central Athens, with various means of public transportation (metro, bus, train, electrical bus).

The flat was fully renovated in 2022 with a stylish modern classic look.
Comfortable, functional and bright, were the core elements of the venture.

Here you will find everything you might need for your short or long stay in Athens: new bathroom with italian shower, a washing machine, a spacious kitchen with a large fridge and freezer, a double bed (140x200) with a comfortable mattress, bed linen, towels, cooking utensils and equipment etc.

You can use the apartment as your place to work, since it has a very good fiber internet connection.

Every Wednesday, you can enjoy the variety of fresh fruits and vegetables together with the low prices of the local open air market, just under your balcony!

Guest access
The flat is located on the 1st floor and you need to take 10 stairsteps in order to reach it. The balcony has a view at the building's backyard, therefore it is quiet from the street sounds.

You will get a set of keys, one for the building and one for the flat entrance.

Other things to note
The guests must know that the apartment is equipped with:
✅ a 50" ULTRA HD 4K TV,
✅ a Symfonisk Wi-Fi speaker,
✅ twin air-conditions for heating and cooling.

❎ Please note that there is no microwave in the flat and that you should use your own netflix account.

✅ You can make a self check in using the codes to the keypads.

✅ Due to the legislation of the greek state, a copy of your passport is needed so that I can declare your stay to the local tax office.
