Welcome to Club Life OBX where the outdoor spaces are designed for relaxation and enjoyment. The main level features an open floor plan designed to create a bright and inviting atmosphere, with natural light streaming through large windows overlooking the golf course. Enjoy the spacious kitchen, dining room, two living areas, and the primary master suite. The suite boasts a king bed and an expansive bathroom with a soaking tub and a walk-in double shower.

A level down from the main floor, the basement serves as the rec room. It boasts a foosball table, shuffleboard, cozy seating area with a smart TV, Playstation 5 and a wet bar equipped with an additional full-size fridge, sink, and microwave. The home is FULLY stocked with games, puzzles, and books for both kids and adults to enjoy.

Community Amenities: The Currituck Club provides - No Cost Use of the Fitness Center, Tennis Courts, Pickleball Courts, Playground, Basketball Courts, Volleyball, equipment for use at the sports complex, 3 community Swimming Pools (seasonal)- 1 located at the main entrance with snack/drink bar, 1 located at the south end, and 1 located at the north end, Planned Community Activities, a Shuttle service that will pick you and your gear up and drop you off at the end of the day. Walk or rent a golf cart and travel to the community amenities, grocery store, restaurants, bars, ice cream and more.

Community pools are available for guest use on Memorial Day through Labor Day and are subject to close without notice.

We are a local Corolla family with kids that attend Water's Edge Village School, a school house built in the early 1900s. Check it out and make sure to stop by and climb the lighthouse as well! We love Corolla and hope you do too!
