Enjoy a breathtaking 270 degree direct view of and down the Gulf of Mexico and past the jetties. This unit can accommodate up to 6 guests and is equipped with a queen size sleeper sofa. The beach and pool are only a few steps away. Please note that we are in the process of remodeling. Current pictures are before remodel started.

Guests can access the unit as well as the laundry with a key card. Outdoor showers are located on the first floor.

Please note that our condo is only one of 74 units at the Island House. Each unit is privately owned, however some owners elect Island House to manage their unit's rental. We ask that you are respectful of the Island House staff, and respect that outside of our rental they can not assist with items such as housekeeping, extra items etc.
