PLEASE NOTE:
- $40 resort parking pass per car required
- Renters must be a minimum of 25 to sign our rental agreement and also stay at the property
- Renter agreement and security deposit between the guest and owner of the property will be required
- A $300 security deposit will be collected the day before arrival and refunded four days after departure
