Guest access
Guests have full private access to the entire home, including all three bedrooms, living and dining areas, the fully stocked kitchen, and the entire backyard — fire pit, pergolas, ping-pong table, and all yard games included. Only the hallway closet and shed will be locked to ensure our cleaning team can prepare for guests.

Check-in is easy with our keyless smart lock, and there is street parking available close to the home.

Other things to note
Austin keeps it lively, but we keep it respectful: quiet hours are 10 pm–7 am to ensure good vibes for everyone.

No parties, please. The Vibe Yard is a fun hangout spot, but not a late-night event venue.

Our beloved Heritage Tree has been here longer than any of us, enjoy it, relax under it, but please don’t climb or hang anything on it.

This is a walkable, urban neighborhood, so you may hear music in the distance or scooters zipping by.

Smart lock check-in makes arrival easy at any hour.

Street parking is available, but can be tighter during busy weekends or festivals.
