Beautiful tidal creek getaway w/over 39 large palm trees, & lots of banana trees in the summer! The studio apt is decorated like a beach house, with a nice view of the creek & marsh. You may see various wildlife that live along the creek bank, like egrets, fiddler crabs, raccoons, hawks & otters. Close to restaurants, nightlife, Historic sights, hospital & shopping. FLETC 5 min, St Simons Island 20 mins & Jekyll Island 25 mins. Pets ok, limit 2, $40 pet fee, see pet policy.

This Studio apt is approx 600 sq ft (about the size of a 2 car garage) & located on a tidal creek & marsh in a nice neighborhood. At high tide the creek is about 4' high, & @ low tide there's no water. Its decorated in a coastal theme & fully furnished w/functional kitchen & washer & dryer. I provide most everything you need except food & drink! There's a queen bed set, futon & very comfy blue jean couch. FAST WIFI & the wonderful 70" tv w/fire stick is like being in your own personal movie theater! The view out back is gorgeous, and you have seating w/umbrella, table & 4 chairs in the back yard & seating in walkway out front. There's also a hammock stand w/2 hammocks & 4 chairs on the creek to relax, see nature & watch the tide roll in & out! The only shared area is the back yard, but I usually stay in my own area unless I'm watering plants or going to my shed which is infrequently.

*** PET POLICY

**Possible pet allowed, BUT: $40 pet fee, limit 2, paid upfront & YOU MUST NOTIFY ME what kind & how many. Dog CANNOT be a meanie or destroyer. NO PUPPIES UNLESS FULLY HOUSE TRAINED & NO INCONTINENT PETS. Must be on continuous flea treatment. This is a shared yard & pets need to be accounted for! My dog shares the yard and has full run of it at any time so if your dog is not friendly you need to let me know in advance, and you may have to walk it out front instead of the back yard.

*Clean up after your pet "mess" outside & dog hair ect inside, or there maybe additional fees.

*Yard isn't completely fenced along the creek & marsh.

*YOU MUST Bring min 2 sheets to cover couch & bed if your pet likes to get on or rub on furniture. Take home to wash. If you don't bring sheets I have some. DONT WASH, set by washer. May incur extra clean fee to wash, so PLEASE bring your own!
