Colonial style home in Historic Brunswick Ga built in 1928 that was made into a triplex (3 separate units). Each apt has its own entry from the open front porch, & private sitting area in front of your door. Close to downtown restaurants, entertainment, shopping, festivals & conveniently located between Jekyll & St Simons Islands & their beaches thats about 15- 20 minutes away. This cute fully equipped 1br apt is on the bottom floor, but up 4 stairs. Nice historic neighborhood near everything you want to do & see in the Golden Isles of Georgia!

This unit is about 600 sq ft which is about the size of a 2 car garage. Its a perfect place to stay while on vacation, if you have long or short term business, are looking for a home to buy, a turn key long term rental, traveling nurses on duty or you or a loved one is @ FLETC going to training ect. Easy access to I 95 North & South, so convenient to Savannah & Jacksonville (approx 1 hour each way). Its much better than a hotel, & a lot cheaper! The home is located in the Brunswick Historic District near the waterfront, ports, marina, restaurants, & events held downtown. Nice cozy porch with shade cloths & chairs. I also have a larger 2 bedroom unit upstairs. That unit can accommodate 4 comfortably. Might be possible to rent both units at the same time for family reunions or wedding get-togethers. All utilities & wireless internet is included, including a 42 smart tv with voice remote & cable. Your about 15 minutes to St Simons Islands beaches, about 20 minutes to Jekyll beaches, 15 minutes to FLETC & 5-15 minutes to the different ports, 10 minutes to the college & hospital. Downtown is about 6-8 blocks, & your 2 blocks from The Yellow Deli, where you can walk for breakfast or lunch! You are close to everywhere & everything you may want to do & see in the Golden Isles of Georgia!
The unit has a mostly equipped kitchen with a stove & oven, microwave, toaster oven, coffee pot, dishes, silverware, starter coffee, filters, paper towels, paper plates, toilet paper, soaps, bottle water & some condiments ect. All towels & linen for the bed & bath are provided as well. The bathroom is small but has a full tub w/shower. Theres a nice living room with a comfy blue jean couch w/pull out bed & 1 bedroom with queen bedroom set. The apartment is decorated in a coastal theme, & has nice Colonial features! Washer & dryer included as well, with soap & bleach! On stays of 28 nights or more just the basics are provided like dishes, pots & pans, cleaning supplies & linen. You provide paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags ect. Theres (3) 1-2 step ups &/or downs in the apt where you transition between the living room, bedroom & bath. Floor is uneven, so be aware of this.
**Possible QUIET pet allowed, but:
*$40 pet fee, limit 2 QUIET PETS, paid upfront. When you request to book let me know how many. You must pay up front for pets! CRATING YOUR PET PREFERRED when gone!
*Dog CANNOT be a meanie/barker/whiner/destroyer or it will disturb other people or pets that stay/live here, & Ill have to ask you to leave w/no refund, or board your dog...(YOU KNOW YOUR DOG)
*Pets HAVE to be on continuous flea treatment, & NOT the cheap stuff
*You MUST bring min 2 sheets to cover furniture with & your own doggie towel for drying a wet doggie. Dont wash their linen in my washer & dryer.

Theres no public bus transportation in Glynn County, but we do have taxi's, Uber, lyft ect. Its a small town, and nothing is more than 30 minutes away! Downtown area is about 8 blocks + away, so its walking or biking distance to restaurants, & other things to do.

*This is a legal binding agreement, & your payment means you agree to all provisions. The lease is for the exact dates you paid for, how many people you said were coming, & how many pets you paid for up front as well (limit 2 quiet pets). Booking/paying party is responsible party!
* Check in is @ 4pm, check out is 11am. I wont disturb you, but if you have any questions, comments or concerns just let me know!
*Everyone staying here MUST read the house manual on coffee table, lots of ideas on where to eat & things to do on entertainment center.
*This is a multi family home. Please keep noise from friends, family & pets to a minimum inside & out or you may be asked to leave w/NO REFUND, if anything causes issues with other tenants & guests (SERIOUSLY, ITS HAPPENED BEFORE) by not following these house rules. Its not a party house! Smoking outside only, no cigars on porch & dont throw butts on the ground. No fires, & use your designated porch sitting area only. No profanity, rude behavior or public drunkenness. No underage drinking, 21 is the legal limit in Ga.

You know your dog, and dogs that constantly whine or bark are a disturbance to others living here! You may be asked to board your pet if its a disturbance. Bring a couple sheets for furniture if your pet gets on bed or couch, & towel to wash doggie after the beach. Please take home to wash! Pet gate in utility closet if you want to put across your door. Doggie bags in top drawer of kitchen sink on right, please use the park across the street & pick up after your pet! Crating recommended, bring your own crate. I WILL KEEP ENTIRE $100 DEPOSIT &/or evict for unpaid pet fees, disturbing other guests, vicious pets & no notice you bringing a pet..
• Max limit in this unit is 4 at any one time. Im very serious about not overloading my units, paying extra guest & pet fees & following house rules, so PLEASE dont book with intentions of NOT abiding by the rules!
• Dont take out trash unless over flowing, I generate trash cleaning unit. Place Walmart type bags in closet between kitchen & bath.
• Please be conservative with AC, KEEP FRONT DOOR & WINDOWS CLOSED, it takes awhile to cool old houses down! This is a old home that isnt energy efficient. Run ceiling fans for extra airflow. Dont set AC below 75 & heat above 68. AC preferred @ 78, & may freeze up if set below 75, & you'll have NO ac. Turn off lights & fan when not in use! Dont leave AC on w/doors or windows open. Leave AC or heat on “AUTO”, not “ON”.
• Please rinse off sand, dirt ect from shoes, gear, body, pets & feet before coming inside house. Hose out front! Rag towels for wet doggie or any mess in bath closet.
• Use ONLY the “SCOTTS” toilet paper I have provided, & dont flush anything except human waste & my brand tp in toilet! NO "WIPES" of ANY kind. This is a old plumbing system & I dont need trouble! • Clean up after yourself, dont leave dirty dishware ect in sink, clean up spills ect. Leave a note if anything was used up, broke or not working!
* Dont remove makeup with washcloths, I have makeup removing towelettes in bathroom. No coloring your hair, old porcelain will stain!
. This is a smart tv you can use your movie accounts, or use voice remote for "free movies". Dont save “your” password!

$100 deposit is a reservation deposit then a damage deposit. It is refundable within 7 days of check out as long as rent is paid in full, & theres no issues or damage. There maybe a 4% ($4) fee when returning deposit due to credit card processing return fee.
