**We welcome snowbirds and mid-term stays during the off-season months (October–March). Feel free to reach out for extended stay options!**

Guests enjoy full, private access to the entire condo and patio, plus the community pool and up to 2 parking spots.

We are hands-on owner-hosts, not a large management company. We’re always available via Airbnb messaging for questions, recommendations, or support, while respecting your privacy. We also have a local team who can address any issues or questions if we are unavailable.

Optional concierge-style services such as grocery pre-stocking, booking reservations, and more are available through our trusted local team and are available after booking.

- The pool is open seasonally and is not heated
- Guests have access to up to 2 parking spots - one designated space for unit D2 and one unmarked space.
- Pest control service provided by the HOA occurs the first Friday of each month.
