NOTE: folks, this apartment is located in the city and is urban living. Everything is within 4-5 minutes drive. If you're not used to city noises or diverse neighborhoods, this is not the place for you. It is as safe as any other residential neighborhood in the city. It is also on the 2nd floor so you will need to climb stairs.

We've put a lot of love into this vacation rental. This property is updated and has a great floor plan. Bedroom one is on the main 2nd floor with living room adjacent to it and wide open kitchen. Newer stainless steel dishwasher, gas stove, fridge and overhead microwave. All hard surface flooring on main floor and carpet on 3rd floor bedroom and stairs. Clean, bright and easy to get to places.

The apartment is in a great part of Penbrook Borough. The police station is only 2 blocks away. Never ever had any incidents, burglary or anything here for the 13+ years I've owned it. There are kids that play outside so please be careful when driving through.

Lots of thoughtful amenities to make your stay comfortable. We've installed blackout curtains in the front bedroom and living room for light sensitive sleepers. Additional pillows and linens in bedroom closet. Fully stocked kitchen to cook meals. Smart LED TV with Netflix, Prime, Sling TV and cable via powered antenna (which is weather dependent). Coffee maker with a single serve hot water dispenser. Gas stove for all the cooks. Newer dishwasher with low dB so you can run it not overpower your TV or dining experience.

There are only outdoor cameras for security purposes. We do not monitor them unless you give us a reason to. Thanks!
