It is next to the famous “La Merced” Church which façade was transported stone by stone after the 1st city (Panama La Vieja) was destroyed…the building was actually the living quarters of the monks;-)

The condo is steps away from restaurants, bars & cafés, the famous Plaza Cathedral with the Museum of the canal & the up-coming Plaza Herrera which will soon host 2 boutique Hotels.

Casco Viejo (also known as Casco Antiguo) is an effervescent neighborhood with its beautiful restored colonial buildings, home to the President Palace, the French Embassy and a gorgeous promenade with awesome views to the city's skyline as well as the Amador Causeway (entrance of the Panama Canal).

It also offers fine dining and entertainment with the National Theatre, great outdoor cafés for a nice drink on one of the charming plazas which is an enjoyment by itself!

Its perfect location between down-town and Amador, a 5 to 10 Min’s taxi ride, makes it a conveniently central “pied-a-terre”!
