On the other side of the ground floor is the dining room and a fully equipped kitchen. The dining room has large windows overlooking the gardens, plus a small seating area. In less than 10 minutes drive you will reach the old town of Pollensa where you will find a variety of traditional shops and restaurants. In addition several excellent beaches are also within easy driving distance of villa Martorellet, both in the nearby Cala San Vicente, and in the popular bay of Puerto de Pollensa.
