Enjoy beautiful views from anywhere in the apartment. The patio is furnished with two sun loungers and a small table. A glass table and six chairs under an awning let you enjoy your meals al fresco. Each room has a private patio. The staircase or the elevator grants access to the garden, only accessible to residents of the small complex. An intercom lets you manage the front door. Parking is available in the underfloor garage. The elevator takes you from the parking garage via the pool area to the apartment. The gate is electronically controlled.

Another sliding glass door was installed to grant access to the main patio; all sliding glass doors were equipped with mosquito screens. The main patio was extended. The kitchen was fitted with all necessary appliances and an air conditioning was installed. The apartment is very bright and awash with light. It accommodates two to four people in two double bedrooms, furnished with 1.60 x 2.00 m double beds and a reading/television room, which can accommodate a child on a 1.40 x 2.00 m sofa bed. The flat has two full bathrooms with a bathtub; one bathroom is ensuite. The spacious and bright living/dining room are l-shaped open plan. Enjoy the beautiful views from the dining area over the Rio Salado Valley all the way to the ocean.
