Dogs are welcome with an additional $150 fee. The backyard is fenced-in for convenience—but please clean up after your pup(s). Let me know when you book if you're bringing a dog, as this charge will be added separately.

Outdoor Fun – Explore the West Ashley Greenway 🚲
Our home is just ¼ mile from the West Ashley Greenway, an 8.5-mile biking/hiking trail on a converted railway. Want to ride? We have four bikes on-site, and I can bring more with advance notice. Great for a sunny day adventure with stops at local shops and restaurants along the way!

The house includes a Graco Pack and Play with an infant bassinet, plus a Jeep by Delta Children Convertible Stroller—all ready for your use.

To help us care for the home while it's unoccupied, there are cameras facing the front yard and back gate. These are only used when the house is not in use and do not monitor any interior spaces.
