Hate fees?? We do, too! We ditched the cleaning and card processing fees so that you can book with confidence knowing you won't be hit by any surprise host fees at checkout. The only host fees you'll see are for any extras you request, like bringing your pets along or early arrival/late departure.

A Pack 'n Play is available for our youngest guests, if needed.
One queen size air mattress is available in addition to all standard beds in the listing.
We are happy to welcome up to 2 fully vaccinated and flea-treated dogs on your booking. Please note, service animals must be disclosed prior to arrival as described in the rental agreement.

Linens: Kitchen and bathroom towels are provided and standard beds are made for your arrival. Extra sheets and pillows are provided in closets for guests to make non-standard beds, if desired.
Consumables: We provide several items to get you started, but if there's something you know you will need that's not on this list, you can either bring those items with you or find them just down the road at the Tower Point shopping center.

4 laundry tabs, 4 dryer sheets
3 rolls of toilet paper and 1 full set of travel amenities per bathroom

Parking: There is free parking for up to 4 vehicles in the driveway, and additional street parking is available if needed. Vehicles must park fully off the street without parking in the grass or in neighbors driveways. Trailers, boats, campers, and RVs are not permitted in the subdivision.
Security cameras: There are exterior security cameras on the property. There are no interior cameras or interior recording devices.
WiFi: Many of our systems throughout the home operated on WiFi, including our security system, so it's important that the WiFi remain active throughout your stay. If there is an outage or interruption, the router will reboot automatically. Any attempt to disable the WiFi, or disable, redirect, or obscure any of the cameras is a violation of the rental agreement and may result in early termination of the booking without refund of any amount.
