The stairs lead us up to the double bedroom with balcony complete with table and chairs, there is also a twin bedroom with build in wardrobes. Both bedrooms have air conditioning. There is a renovated and bright family bathroom with shower over the bathtub for those who prefer a soak.

Steps lead up to the large private roof terrace which has the advantage of sea, mountain and Mojácar Village views.

The wrap around terraced garden is very private because of the “siempre verde” hedge. You can either lay in the sun or have a lovely BBQ meal.

The ideal location of this villa with sea views, great communal pool and roof solarium, makes this a great choice for a holiday in the sun.
