Neighbourhood:
It is also well located for all necessary amenities with restaurants and bars etc on the doorstep. While the apartment is compact, it can accommodate up to four people comfortably.

Space:
There is a master bedroom – a double room – with air conditioning and views across the pool. The second room also with a c, has a single bed which has a second slide-out full single bed underneath so that it can accommodate two in this room. A door leads out onto a small balcony with sea views.

The apartment also has a shower room situated between the two bedrooms.

This is a small complex set around a fantastic guitar-shaped communal swimming pool. The pool is surrounded by lawned areas and it s a perfect spot for lounging and relaxing in the sunshine. The apartment also has an assigned parking space.

The fabulous views and the unique location right on the beach – quite literally a stone s throw from the waves – are what make this apartment so ideal for a beach holiday. While the Rio Abajo beach is one of the most beautiful beaches in Mojacar, it is also one of the least known which means it is uncrowded and spacious all year round.
