Welcome to Casa Mar — a one-bedroom, two-bath unit in the heart of Puntas, Rincón.

Just a short drive (5min) from Rincón’s legendary surf breaks—Pools, Sandy Beach Domes and Maria’s, Casa Mar offers you a comfortable home base in the town of beautiful sunsets.

Our solar power system and satellite internet ensure your comfort while you are on the island

Our property has four units. The backyard and pool are shared with those other units.

The space
This unit features a cozy queen bedroom with an ensuite bathroom and wardrobe area. The fully equipped kitchen and open living area make it easy to cook, chill, and unwind after a day in the salt and sun. It also has a second bathroom in the living area.

This unit has its own rooftop area with a beautiful view of the coast and Aguadilla in the distance. This area is exclusive to Casa Mar's guests. The stairs to the rooftop are not for guests with mobility issues.

This is a four unit property, each with a separate entrance. We have solar power, a backup water system and satellite internet.

No smoking is allowed anywhere on the property.

Welcome to our little piece of paradise. We have a shared pool and tropical garden with beautiful plants and fruit trees.

We are happy to lend you beach chairs, a cooler and umbrella.

Residential area. We are on a beach access road.

Other things to note
This property is in a residential area. We are off of the famous Route 413 , affectionately called " the Road to Happiness". Our property was built by a family many years ago and is now run by our family.

Our home is solar-powered, connected to the grid, equipped with satellite internet and a backup water system.

Dedicated workspace available upon request.

No smoking. Please take care of our property.

This unit has its own carport. No extended cab pickups.

While we do provide toiletries such as shampoo, conditioner, soap and toilet paper, you may need to purchase additional supplies depending on the length of your stay.

The pool does not have light at night. The animals are attracted by the light.
