Casa de Sol in the Forest, BLS - Arnold

If you are looking for a comfortable retreat from busy city life, this is the place. There are two bedrooms and a loft for older kids, above 8 year old of age. Kitchen is well equipped with stove/oven pots pans and utensils. One bedroom with king bed and one bedroom with queen bed. Loft has two tween beds. The property is in a cul de sac making it great for the kids to play outside in their bikes, scooters, etc. The backyard is also vast and accessible. You bring your own linens and towels or request them for a fee, we waive it for more than three days (4 days and up). We use Ring surveillance camera system to monitor the property’s outside perimeter. We require picture government ID before disclosing keys access.

We are continuously improving and maintaining the property, our deck has just been replaced for a brand new one.

There is a working Minisplit in the kitchen to make cooking a little chill.

Winter: Please keep in mind that winter conditions may require chains/cables and or AWD/4X4. Our street is a County maintained road. Make sure you have a well serviced car and pack a winter emergency bag. When you are prepared, winter weather is a wonderful adventure, so plan accordingly.

Summer: Blue Lake Springs facilities are available for renters for a fee as usual but we do not guarantee that they will be open since we are depending in county health guidelines. We don’t accept cancellations due to change in availability of the BLS facilities. If there are not available you will just travel to lakes and rivers outside the community. Our Calaveras Big Trees State park is open and gives you access to trails, creeks Stanislaus River and the Sequoyas.

Access to the Blue Lake Spring facilities ( lakes, pool, tennis, etc) is granted with a fee ($20 individual, $100 for group up to 6 people per day, discounts for week) payable to them. Snowflake (pool and lake) and FlyIn (bigger lake) are charging separate so you will have to choose one or pay twice. Please confirm I guest services or let me know if you need help figuring out.
