Pet Policy:
We accept well-behaved small or medium dogs with minimal shedding. A pet fee per stay will apply, to be paid at the time of booking.
This fee does not cover damages caused by the pet; any damage or additional cleaning will be charged through the Airbnb Resolution Center.
• Pets must be leashed when outdoors in the community
• Owners must pick up after their pets
• Pets are not allowed in the gardens or on the furniture (beds or sofas) when wet or left unattended in the house.

Additional Information:
• A photo ID is required at the time of booking
• A security deposit of $100 will be charged before your arrival (according to Airbnb policy)
• If the 13% VAT is not included in your Airbnb check-out, we will need to charge it separately.
