Whether exploring the city or enjoying a quiet afternoon by the pool, CASA CENTRALE provides a convenient home base for your Miami stay.

Unlike a traditional vacation rental, CASA CENTRALE is a privately owned residence, shared with guests when its owners are away. We welcome visitors who will appreciate and care for the property with the same consideration they would give their own home.

Designed for relaxed everyday living, the casita features a welcoming living room, a dedicated dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen for preparing everything from a quick breakfast to a family dinner.

Sleeping Arrangements
Primary Bedroom: Comfortable king-size bed with a private en-suite bathroom.
Second Bedroom: Two twin-size beds, ideal for children or additional family members.
Bathrooms: One full bathroom for added comfort and convenience.

The home combines practical amenities with understated modern design, creating an inviting environment to unwind after a day discovering Miami.

PARKING & LOCATION

Two complimentary, dedicated parking space is available on the property's shared driveway.

CASA CENTRALE is conveniently situated near Coral Way, providing access to major Miami attractions by car, taxi, Uber, or public transportation.

**Please note:**
Due to the home's proximity to a main avenue, some traffic and city noise may be noticeable, particularly in the backyard during daytime and business hours.

GUEST ACCESS & PRIVACY

Guests enjoy exclusive access to the main two-bedroom residence, private patio, and backyard pool area.

There is a separate, independently operated guest studio next door called THE NOOK, with its own entrance and accommodations. The studio's occupants do not have access to CASA CENTRALE's interior, private patio, or swimming pool.

The driveway is the only shared parking area.

IMPORTANT | A PRIVATE HOME, NOT A PARTY RENTAL

CASA CENTRALE is exclusively intended for small families and respectful guests seeking a comfortable and peaceful stay.

Because this is our personal residence, we maintain clear property guidelines to protect the home, preserve the neighborhood's tranquility, and ensure a positive experience for everyone.

-STRICT HOUSE POLICIES-

*NO PARTIES OR EVENTS:** Parties, celebrations, gatherings, and disruptive activities are strictly prohibited.
*NO UNREGISTERED VISITORS:** Only guests included and approved in the reservation are permitted on the property. Additional visitors are NOT allowed under any circumstances, even for short visits.
*NO PETS:** Animals are not permitted.
*RESPECT THE NEIGHBORHOOD:** Excessive noise, loud music, and disturbances are prohibited. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 9:00 AM.
*RESPECT THE PROPERTY:** Guests must treat the residence, furnishings, and amenities with care and comply with all house rules.

Reservations made for parties, unauthorized gatherings, or occupancy beyond the approved guest count are not permitted.

INCIDENTAL SECURITY PRE-AUTHORIZATION

A $500 refundable incidental security hold is required before check-in.

This is a temporary pre-authorization on your payment card, similar to those used by hotels. It is **not an upfront charge

The hold will be released following checkout and property inspection, provided the home is returned in good condition, no damage or missing items are identified, and all house rules have been respected.

Release is initiated within 24 hours after a satisfactory inspection. The time it takes for the funds to become available depends on your bank or card issuer.
