type of building: Multiple-family dwelling. size of property: 1000m². year of construction: 1969. no youth groups.Modern holiday flat with space for up to four people - directly on the beach (30 metres), in the romantic fishing village of Fažana, in the very south of the Istrian peninsula. The flat was completely renovated in winter 2022. From both balconies you can enjoy a magnificent view over the sea towards the Brijuni National Park. The holiday flat is located on the second floor (top floor) of a residential building with only seven parties. The flat is about 68m² in size and has two separate bedrooms, living/dining room, kitchen, shower/WC and two balconies. The distance to the sea and the nearest family beach is only 30 metres.
The flat has two balconies. Balcony #1 is about three square metres in size, faces west, has a direct sea view and is connected to a bedroom. There are two chairs, a small folding table and indirect outdoor lighting. Balcony #2 is accessible from the living/dining room or the kitchen and faces north-west. It offers a side sea view as well as a view of Fazana and the surrounding area. There are two chairs, a small table, two lounge chairs, coffee table and indirect lighting.
The interior is modern and functional. Bedroom #1 has a large double bed (180*200), bedside cabinets, large wardrobe, ceiling fan. The bedroom can be darkened with a roller shutter and curtains. Bedroom #2 has two single beds (90*200) which can be made into a double bed if required. There are also bedside cabinets, a wardrobe, a small desk and a ceiling fan. Bedroom #2 has its own balcony with a direct sea view.
In the living/dining room there is a couch, an armchair, coffee table, satellite TV, air conditioning, a shelf and a round dining table with chairs for four people. From the living room you can access the second balcony with a side sea view and a view of Fazana.
The modern fitted kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, kettle, espresso machine and coffee pod machine, electric oven, Ceran™ hob and large fridge/freezer. From here you can also access the balcony with a side sea view.
The bathroom has natural light, an open shower, WC, washbasin, hairdryer and washing machine.
In the entrance area there is a large mirror and a small built-in wardrobe.
A car park is available for our guests.
The sea and the nearest beach are just thirty metres from the entrance to the house. Restaurants, shops, groceries, children's playground, bank, post office, doctor, ... everything is less than 100 metres from the accommodation.
If required, a travel cot and high chair can be provided. The flat is on the 2nd floor (top floor). There is no lift.
