We are located just 3 blocks from a gorgeous white-sand beach (5 min walk), 7 min walk to Coligny Plaza where you can choose from over 20 restaurants & a variety of shops, and just steps to Celebration Park and Children’s Museum. Go to the beach then come back and take a dip in the pool!

Fully equipped kitchen with coffee maker, crock pot, hand mixer and a blender to enjoy all your tropical creations! Full size washer and dryer. Open floor plan - kitchen flows into dining room, breakfast nook and living room. Great space for relaxing with the family. We also have board games, puzzles and books for you to enjoy.

1/2 bath is conveniently located off the living room. Two large bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms are located upstairs for extra privacy. New flooring throughout the entire unit. Please note that the unit is on the second floor. Please see pictures to see the outside of the unit. Climbing steps is required. No elevators on-site.

We are happy to provide 6 beach chairs, an umbrella and a beach wagon for your use. We have 4 beach towels that you will be responsible for washing, drying and placing back in linen closet so other guests can use them. It is a good idea to bring your own in case something happens with them.

Supplies: As part of the cleaning fee, we provide linens for each bed, bath towels and bath cloths for 6 guests, toilet tissue and hotel size starter bars of soap and shampoo in each bathroom, a starter liquid dish soap, TWO dishwasher detergent packets, ONE laundry detergent packet, ONE paper towel roll, and TWO trash can liners. If you are staying more than 2 days you may want to bring more supplies.

Please note: we are on the second floor of the building and both bedrooms are located on the second floor within the condo. There are no elevators in the complex.

There is a strict NO SMOKING policy in Beach Arbor. Additional cleaning fee of $500 will apply if violated.
