Large, freshly renovated spacious 2 Bedroom/2.5 bath condo (1158 sq ft). We are located just 3 blocks from a gorgeous white-sand beach (5 min walk), 7 min walk to Coligny Plaza where you can choose from over 20 restaurants & a variety of shops, and just steps to Celebration Park and Children’s Museum. Go to the beach then come back and take a dip in the pool!
Fully equipped kitchen with coffee maker, crock pot, hand mixer and a blender to enjoy all your tropical creations! Full size washer and dryer. Open floor plan - kitchen flows into dining room, breakfast nook and living room. Great space for relaxing with the family. We also have board games, puzzles and books for you to enjoy.
1/2 bath is conveniently located off the living room. Two large bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms are located upstairs for extra privacy. New flooring throughout the entire unit. Please note that the unit is on the second floor. Please see pictures to see the outside of the unit. Climbing steps is required. No elevators on-site.
We do provide beach chairs and an umbrella for you to use but DO NOT provide beach towels.
There is a strict NO SMOKING policy in Beach Arbor. Additional cleaning fee of $500 will apply if violated.
