Step into a sun-filled, thoughtfully styled room in the heart of Crown Heights: your calm retreat in the middle of Brooklyn. The full bed is plush and comfortable, there's a full closet and dresser for your things, and a dedicated desk that makes this a great base for remote workers. Natural light pours in throughout the day, and the backyard view keeps the whole space feeling open and relaxed.
The space
A warm, welcoming two-floor home in Crown Heights, Brooklyn. The main floor has a fully equipped shared kitchen, a comfortable living area, a full bathroom, and access to the backyard - perfect for morning coffee or winding down in the evening. The garden level has a second bathroom, in-unit laundry, and another entrance to the backyard. Free street parking available.
Getting around is easy: Ralph Avenue C train is a 10-minute walk, and one stop gets you to Utica Avenue where you can hop on the A express straight into Manhattan.

You'll have access to both floors of the home. The main floor has a shared kitchen, living area, full bathroom, and the backyard
- a great spot to unwind after a day out. The garden level has a second bathroom, in-unit laundry, and another entrance to the backyard. There are 3 guest rooms in the house total, so you may share common spaces with other travelers - in our experience, they're always good company.
During your stay
Bryan and co-host Stanislav (who lives onsite downstairs) are always nearby and happy to help. We love meeting people from all walks of life - feel free to say hi, ask for local tips, or just enjoy your own space.

• Exit the station and walk south on Rockaway Ave toward Prospect Place (about 5 minutes).
• Turn right onto Prospect Place, the house will be on your left.

• Walk north on Ralph Ave toward Prospect Place, then turn left onto Prospect Place. It’s about an 8–10 minute walk.
