Natural light pours in throughout the day, and the backyard view keeps the whole space feeling open and relaxed.

The space
A warm, welcoming two-floor home in Crown Heights, Brooklyn. The main floor has a fully equipped shared kitchen, a comfortable living area, a full bathroom, and access to the backyard - perfect for morning coffee or winding down in the evening. The garden level has a second bathroom, in-unit laundry, and another entrance to the backyard. Free street parking available.
Getting around is easy: Ralph Avenue C train is a 10-minute walk, and one stop gets you to Utica Avenue where you can hop on the A express straight into Manhattan.

Guest access
You'll have access to both floors of the home. The main floor has a shared kitchen, living area, full bathroom, and the backyard
- a great spot to unwind after a day out. The garden level has a second bathroom, in-unit laundry, and another entrance to the backyard. There are 3 guest rooms in the house total, so you may share common spaces with other travelers - in our experience, they're always good company.

During your stay
Bryan and co-host Stanislav (who lives onsite downstairs) are always nearby and happy to help. We love meeting people from all walks of life - feel free to say hi, ask for local tips, or just enjoy your own space.
