• Multi-Unit Property: This townhome is part of a newly constructed multi-family row. While you have complete privacy inside your unit, your garage, driveway, and front walkway are adjacent to neighbors. We ask that all guests respect neighborhood quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
• Stair Access: Please note that this is a two-story home. The main living room, kitchen, dining area, and a half bath are located on the ground floor, while the bedrooms and full bathrooms are located upstairs. Guests must be comfortable climbing a flight of stairs.
• Parking Limits: Guest parking is strictly limited to one vehicle inside the private attached garage and one vehicle directly behind it in the driveway. Please do not block the shared driving lane or park on the grass.
• Safety & Security: For your peace of mind and the security of our property, exterior security cameras (including a smart doorbell) are located at the front entrance monitoring the driveway and walkway. There are absolutely no cameras inside the home.
• Rental Agreement & ID: To protect against fraudulent bookings and maintain community safety, we may require a standard rental agreement confirmation and a government-issued photo ID verification via our secure guest portal prior to check-in.
