Host On-Site: We live in the upper unit. While the suite is fully private with its own entrance, you may occasionally hear the typical "sounds of life" (muffled footsteps or quiet voices) from above during the day.

Climate Control: The unit is equipped with central heating and air conditioning, which is managed from the main thermostat upstairs. We always aim for a comfortable temperature, but please message us if you’d like an adjustment!

Parking strictly for one: We provide one dedicated spot in the driveway. Please let us know if you are arriving in an oversized vehicle (large truck/van) so we can ensure a smooth fit.
