Located in the Brigantine Quarters section of Shipyard Plantation, our spacious 1,200+ sq/ft lagoon-front villa boasts an abundance of wildlife to enjoy from the covered deck with additional gorgeous views from every room. Parking in front along with only six steps to enter provides easy access for all ages. Walk out your front door to the pool and other resort amenities just steps away.

Our private pedestrian/biking access gate provides quick access to the beach and Coligny Plaza just blocks away. The villa backs-up directly to a large lagoon which has an abundance of wildlife. From your covered back deck, you will be constantly entertained watching a variety of birds in-flight, jumping fish, and alligators gliding by. The covered front porch has space to house your sandy beach chairs, carts, umbrellas and more. Inside, the unit features an open floor plan so you will have plenty of room to spread out. For added convenience you will find a fully stocked kitchen and in-unit washer/dryer. There are two bedrooms (one with king bed, one with two twin beds) and a fold-out sofa in the living room. Each bedroom has its own bathtub, with a separate shower in the master. There are cable TV's in both bedrooms as well as in the living room. The dining table seats six, with additional seating at the kitchen bar area plus a table and chairs for dining on the deck.
