The apartment features two large terraces: one offering beautiful views of the marina, garden and partial ocean views, and one overlooking the pool and garden. Both terraces are equipped with an outdoor dining area and two sun loungers, ideal for dining, relaxing or working in a calm coastal atmosphere.
Sleeping arrangements include one bedroom with two single beds (90×200 cm) and a living room with one sofa bed (140×200 cm), suitable for couples, families or small groups.
The modern kitchen is fully equipped with Zanussi appliances, a espresso coffee machine, and all essentials for home cooking.
Guests can enjoy a 55-inch Smart TV with Netflix, YouTube and international channels, as well as free Wi-Fi.
The bathroom offers a bathtub with a rainfall shower, towels (3 per guest) and toiletries.
Additional amenities include two air conditioners (cooling & heating), quality bed linen, and a safe. A baby cot and high chair are available free of charge upon request.
