Located in the resort-style Aldeia das Açoteias, ideal for couples and families. Features a spacious terrace with pine forest views, outdoor dining, two swimming pools, public parking, and a well-maintained garden with mature pine trees.

The space
This cozy studio apartment, designed in a minimalist style, offers a calm and relaxing atmosphere for a comfortable stay. Ideal for couples or solo travelers, the space is thoughtfully arranged to accommodate up to 2 guests.
The apartment includes a sleeping area with a full-size bed, wardrobe, and bedside tables; a living area with a 55” Panasonic LED Smart TV (Netflix, YouTube, and satellite channels); a bathroom with a shower and washing machine; and a fully equipped kitchen with essential appliances such as a stove, refrigerator, kettle, and coffee machine. A sunny panoramic terrace with a dining area provides a pleasant outdoor space to relax and enjoy meals. The apartment is equipped with air conditioning (cooling and heating) and high-speed Wi-Fi up to 500 Mbps. Bed linen, towels, tea, coffee, and basic kitchen spices are provided for guests’ convenience.
