Our modern, cozy 3-bedroom Townhouse with two terraces is located in a quiet area of Albufeira, offering panoramic views of the green surroundings of Quinta da Balaia. Guests enjoy shared swimming pools for adults and children, private parking, and the opportunity to enjoy a relaxing holiday within easy reach of supermarkets, beaches, and restaurants.

The space
• Set across two floors, the townhouse offers 3 bedrooms: the first bedroom has 2 single beds, the second has a double bed, and the third bedroom has a queen size bed with en-suite bathroom.
• An extra sleeping space for the 7th person is available in the living room.
• Two bedrooms are connected by the large terrace with outdoor dining area. The terrace offers views on the shared garden and the swimming pools.
• The living room features a seating area for 7 people, an indoor fireplace, and a dining area. The space features a step free access to the patio, where guests can enjoy morning coffee with garden view.
• The townhouse features Smart TVs 65” with free Netflix, YouTube Premium, Amazon TV, and more
• The modern kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed for cooking, including a dishwasher and a coffee machines.
• There are two bathrooms with bathtubs and the one with a shower. Each guest is provided with towels, fresh bed linen, as well as essentials including shower gel, shampoo, conditioner and a hair dryer.
