Escape to the beach! Enjoy this townhome in the exclusive Monterey Dunes Colony. Half-way between Santa Cruz and Monterey (Pacific Grove, Carmel), an excellent home base for many activities on the California coast. Enjoy the quaint town of Moss Landing, just five minutes from the house. Our home is easily accessible from Highway 1. It's also within 10 minutes of major retailers like Target and Costco yet it feels light years away from the hustle and bustle of every day life. Our internet is ideal for work/school/streaming. Amenities include heated pool (April-October), year round hot tub, beach volleyball, tennis, basketball, pickleball and bocci ball courts. Our home has two oceanside decks plus a courtyard patio with a grill. Enjoy the wood burning fireplace while watching for whales in the winter. Rejuvenate yourself with long lazy beach days in the summer. Our hospitality can't be beat. Make use of the washer/dryer, Roky, stove, dishwasher and fridge. The kitchen is stocked with spices, oils, coffee and the like. Enjoy the many games and puzzles while watching the waves. Our home is a split-level floor plan so be prepared for several steps between each level. There are no fires on the beach per California State law. Finally, absolutely no pets per HOA rules.

The courtyard is completely enclosed. The oceanside decks are not enclosed and children need to be watched closely. We provide pack and play/high chair/baby bath.

Absolutely no smoking or vaping allowed on or in the property. Entire security deposit forfeited for any smoking or vaping.

Park in space 152. Any other cars must park in spots labelled "guest". There will be a fine of $100 for any illegal parking. Our HOA is very particular about parking spots so please follow the rules. You will be charged for any tickets issued by the HOA.
