Blu Crab Sands is dreamy townhome located in the family-friendly beach community of Gulf Highlands. No high-rises, elevators, or garage parking here!

Amenities include gated security, 11 swimming pools, 5 of which are heated seasonally, shuffleboard, playground, golf cart for easy beach access, beachfront clubhouse with bar and grill, along with gulf side pool. Behind this tastefully decorated unit is one of the seasonally heated pools, with another seasonally heated pool just steps away. Sleeps 6 comfortably (1 queen bed per bedroom and an updated sleeper sofa). All of the comforts of home you will find here: washer/dryer, microwave, dishwasher, new fridge with ice maker, 2 coffee makers and whole-bean grinder (k-cups & ground), blender, crockpot, grill, all dishes and pans, beach chairs, floats/toys, games for rainy days, and even golf balls and putters for the putt-putt courses. My personal favorite part of this unit is the upstairs balcony, located off of the main bedroom. A warm cup of coffee and a good book makes for a peaceful morning here.

*Parking for one car only due to golf cart parking. Additional public parking is available 1 mile away at 600 Henley Drive for $6 daily. This parking lot is a Panama City Beach public parking lot and not part of Gulf Highlands.
