Great porches with seating and Gas Grill. Room for boat and trailer parking and maneuvering - pull in one driveway and out another with no need to back up. Within minutes of 3 public boat ramps or 10 minute drive to Conley Bottom Marina. Large yard and wooded area in private setting. Fire pit coming Summer '24. Beds for 10 but can sleep 12 if use the comfy couch and additional fold out sleeping mat. Garage area in Barn is not included in rental.

2. No fireworks of any kind permitted on premises.
3. No access to Garage area is granted. If interested in Garage area rental please inquire with owner.
4. Boat washing is not permitted from house water outlets.
5. Quiet Hours are from 11:30am - 8:30am.
6. Please be courteous to neighbors.
7. Please clean grill after use with available scrapers/cleaning supplies.
8. Beware of surroundings, living space is located in secluded woods area;

Refundable Damage Deposit
Refunded with 7 days of checkout
Cancellation Policy
Full refund if cancelled 30 days before first day of rental period. 50% refund if cancelled 14 days before the first day of rental period. No refunds if cancelled less than 14 days before rental starts.
Notes
No smoking, no parties and no pets. Guests not provided parking of boats or vehicles inside the garage.
