Villa is steps to the beach or pool and the Boardwalk begins right outside your door. Pack up the beach cart with chairs, towels, cooler, and toys (all provided) and easily roll everything along Boardwalk directly to beach or pool.

HHBT is on the Breeze Trolly Service and is free to use for all guests. Summer months, The service runs from 1 p.m. to 10:00 p.m., Sunday through Thursday, and 1 p.m. to 11 p.m, Fridays and Saturdays, reaching each stop approximately every 30 mins.

Welcome to the Isle of View! Enjoy your coffee watching an amazing sunrise directly from your private balcony. Walk down the 9 stairs right outside your door and you are on the boardwalk leading you directly to the beach, pool, and poolside restaurant to enjoy the day. End your day sitting on the balcony watching the moon settle over the Ocean with a Margarita made in the Villas own Margarita maker. Fall asleep soundly in the Queen Lull mattress in the bedroom or the Queen sleep sofa in the living room, while the kids drift off in the Admiral Bunks (these are not full size bunks but are perfect for kids or young adults 5'7 and below). Enjoy meals at one of the restaurants on site or utilize the fully equipped kitchen including K-cup Coffee maker, toaster oven, blender, croc-pot and several other small appliances for your convenience. There is even an ice maker so you you will never run out! When in season, there is a carryout Coffee shop on site with light breakfast, lunch, and snack options. Beach chairs, towels, toys, and cooler are ready for you to enjoy the beach (with a cart to carry it all) while games, 2 flat screen smart tv’s, cable, and wi-fi provide for indoor activities. HHBT is on THE BREEZE TROLLEY service route which is free for guests to use and can easily get you to several local attractions including Shelter Cove and Coligny Beach. The trolly service is seasonal so be sure to check the schedule! This Villa truly provides everything you need and more...

Our villa is personally managed by family so our home away from home is always taken care of with love and attention to detail. Because Kristen is local, we can provide almost anything you need throughout your stay... especially if you need local recommendations on food, entertainment, or activities. We have also partnered with a private Charter Boat, She's From Boston, to offer a private 3 hour cruise for up to 6 people at a discounted rate (must be booked at least 2 weeks in advance). Hilton Head Beach and Tennis Resort is home to the largest freshwater pool on island (including childrens pool), vast beaches, fitness center, 6 lighted tennis courts, and 12 Pickleball courts which are all free to use during your stay. It has even been featured on HGTV Beachfront Bargain Hunt! Gator'z Carryout coffee shop, Jamaica Joe'z Beach Bar, and Coconuts Sports Bar, all within the resort, assure you will never go hungry. Bike rentals are also available on site. There are over 100 miles of dedicated bike trails on Hilton Head Island with new paths being added each season. Child friendly

Villa is child friendly and has children dinner plates/ glasses/ games/ beach toys. No crib provided due to storage. It should be noted that the condo is not child proof. Parents should take necessary precautions for the safety of their children including moving furniture but please return their original location.

There are no events or parties of any kind allowed.

No smoking allowed

There are designated smoking areas throughout the resort including right at the bottom of outside stairs to Villa. There is no smoking/vaping within the Villa or on balcony. Any violation of this will result in additional $250 deep cleaning fee

Parking Included

The resort has a mandatory $35 per vehicle/per stay parking fee. Parking is conveniently located next to the building. All vehicles must have a resort parking pass displayed on their dashboard. One parking pass is included in your reservation. Additional parking passes can be arranged prior to the stay through the owner for a fee of $35 per vehicle.

HI! We live in MA but fell in love with Hilton Head several years ago while visiting family who live here. We bought a home we could stay in when coming to see them and we would like to share our love of the area with others when we can not be there to enjoy it. As our family grew, we added a second Villa in the same resort!. Our villas are personally managed by family so our 2nd homes are always taken care of with love and attention to detail. Because Kristen is local, we can provide almost anything you need throughout your stay... especially if you need recommendations on food, entertainment, or activities. Getting around

With over 50 miles of bicycle pathways, biking is by far the funnest way to get around the island and can be rented right on site. They can be ridden on beaches or street to several local sites.

The Breeze Trolley Service will get you to several local attractions including Coligny Beach and Shelter Cove. Trolly runs from April through Labor Day and is free of charge for guests of the resort!
