The first level features a spacious open-plan living and dining area, a well-equipped chef's kitchen with a pantry, a guest bathroom, and a laundry room with a washer and dryer. A large flagstone patio with festive lighting, a grill, and a gas fireplace is ideal for enjoying those never-ending summer evenings.
Upstairs, wake up to views of the blue Colorado sky and the crowns of fir trees in the spacious master suite with an attached office space. The en-suite bathroom features a jetted tub and double steam shower. The western sun streams into two additional bedrooms, with queen beds, vaulted ceilings, and a shared full bathroom. The flex room offers accommodation for additional guests or can be used as a workspace.

The entire house and two-car garage are available for the exclusive use of guests during their stay. There are no other people present on the property.

Our emphasis is on maximum privacy for you, so we will not come around unless you need something.

The house is on a 3-acre lot in a quiet, forested area with abundant wildlife. It is centrally located with easy access to Boulder (15 miles), the town of Nederland (5 miles), skiing (9 miles), RM National Park (30 miles), Estes Park (40 miles), hiking trails and creek access (from the back door), mountain biking trails, and beautiful views of the Indian Peaks range of the Rocky Mountains.

A vehicle is recommended. There is ample parking at the house: inside the two-car garage, or outside on the driveway and adjacent parking area. Primary access roads, including the driveway, are well-maintained and snowplowed in winter. AWD or 4x4 is recommended for additional safety on potentially snowy roads in winter.

Please note: There is a significant shortcut to and from Boulder and/or the airport (5 miles closer). Be aware the shortcut is a steep unpaved road that may be challenging in the winter. See the "Directions" section for exact details.
