Beautiful, Clean, Open Floor plan, pool faces SW - Rotonda West

This professionally decorated, super sunny, very open 3 bedroom - 3 bathroom luxury home offers 2 suites with its split floor plan, providing lots of privacy and making it great for families!​

The master suite is secluded to its own side of the home, a new king size mechanical adjustable bed, and new furniture. A 55 inch flatscreen TV mounted on the wall. 2 sliding glass doors that lead out to the lanai. The master bath includes his and her sinks, garden bathtub and a very large walk in shower. The other side of the villa includes 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, which can be closed off from the living room by shutting a pocket door. The queen bedroom has a 32" TV, its own private bathroom with walk in shower and access to the pool & lanai. The twin bedroom is located right next to the third bathroom, and also has a 32" TV. All bathrooms are equipped with a blow dryer & plenty of bath towels
* Our Great room is all open with 12ft vaulted ceilings and a large remote controlled ceiling fan. 2 leather reclining sofas, a wall mounted 70" flatscreen smart TV. The best feature to this room is the extreamly large 20' of sliding glass doors that open to the lanai, inviting the outside in! I also have books, movies, games, & cards. Full home internet and we stream Hulu.

The kitchen is stocked with everything you need to cook with exception of the food! I even have a coffee grinder, coffee maker, toaster, blender & a crock pot. I do supply a nice selection of spices, oil, vinegar, coffee, tea, plastic wrap & foil.
The laundry room has a Whirlpool front loading washer and dryer with steam. Also a iron and ironing board as well as laundry detergeant.
Hulu & high speed internet provided throughout the villa. We provide towels, large beach towels, linens, & blow dryers in all bathrooms. This house will sleep 6 maximum. This home is not kid friendly. Our house has everything you need and so much more!!

Our home has all you need to enjoy outdoor living including a dual heated pool, (solar and a heat pump), new Weber gas grill, large dining table, 32” TV, outdoor shower, and luxury sun loungers. The screened in nice size lanai faces southwest so you will enjoy all-day sunshine while gazing upon the lush tropical landscaping that surrounds the villa. Super private, the ends of the lanai have privacy screens, nobody staring in at you! The neighbors on each side are full time residents and are very nice quiet people.
We have also provided 4 bicycles for your use to explore the Rotonda!

To make your days at the beach more enjoyable, we have provided you with a selection of folding chairs, sun umbrellas, sand toys, a foldable beach wagon, coolers, fishing pole, and large beach towels. What more could you need????
