To ensure our team keeps the home in pristine condition, please note:
Check-in Time: 4 PM
Check-out Time: 10 AM

Flexible Options (Subject to Availability):
• Early Check-in (2:00 PM) | Available for a $50 fee (request 24 hrs in advance). Fully refunded if the home is not ready by 2 PM.
• Late Check-out (11:00 AM) | Available for a $50 fee to enjoy one last hour of vacation.

• Pets: Two dogs max with prior approval and payment of $200 pet fee/dog.
• Max Occupancy: 10 guests total.
• Parking: Driveway parking for 3 cars; no RVs or trailers.
• Cell Service: May be spotty due to mountain location.
